Job Description

We are seeking a MAWM Consultant – Configurator & Integration Specialist with proven expertise in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM). The role involves configuration, implementation, and integration of MAWM in enterprise warehouse and supply chain environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring MAWM workflows and ensuring successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and implement MAWM modules as per business and warehouse requirements.

Participate in requirement gathering, system design, configuration, integration, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth MAWM rollout and integration with ERP / WMS / host systems.

Provide troubleshooting and support for MAWM configurations and integrations.

Document system configurations, workflows, and technical processes.

Contribute to proactive improvements and best practices in MAWM usage.

Qualification & Certification

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain related field.

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with MAWM configuration and implementation.

Strong understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, inventory, slotting, order fulfillment).

Knowledge of integration strategies with ERP, WCS, or host systems.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Proactive knowledge and hands-on experience with MAWM optimizations.

Exposure to multi-site or multi-country MAWM / WMS implementations.

Experience with SQL, APIs, and WMS integration.

Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring in MAWM.
