Training and Audit Manager
The Training & Audit Manager ensures that every planner, coordinator, and city operations team at TWC consistently delivers experiences that meet the company’s standards.
This role is responsible for designing and conducting training programs, auditing processes and events, and closing the feedback loop through structured corrective actions and knowledge-sharing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Onboarding
- Develop and continuously update TWC’s Training Manual for planners, wedding experience managers, and service teams.
- Conduct onboarding and certification programs for new hires — covering SOPs, client communication, vendor handling, and event execution.
- Organize regular refresher training sessions for existing staff (monthly or per quarter).
- Create knowledge repositories and case studies from past weddings for continuous learning.
2. Process Audits
Conduct pre-event, mid-event, and post-event audits to evaluate :Planner checklist adherenceVendor coordination efficiencyDecor and hospitality qualityClient experience on event dayRandomly audit service bookings, meetings, client communications (photography, decor, logistics) to ensure consistent TWC service levels.3. SOP Compliance and Improvement
Ensure each city is following approved SOPs, templates, and process flows.Identify process deviations and ensure corrective actions are logged, tracked, and closed.Work closely with Business Operations Manager to continuously refine SOPs based on real event data and client feedback.4. Performance Monitoring
Maintain a Quality and Compliance Scorecard for each city and department.Highlight repeated errors (e.g., wrong print names, delayed vendor setups, missed checklists).Recommend retraining or disciplinary measures where necessary.5. Reporting
Prepare a monthly Training & Audit Summary Report for the management covering :Training hours conductedAuditing reportsNon-compliance patternsImprovement actions implementedKey Skills and Competencies
5+ years in training, quality assurance, or operations in hospitality / events.Strong process orientation and ability to identify root causes.Excellent communication and coaching skills.High attention to detail with ability to standardize diverse workflows.Comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.About The Wedding Company
