Lead Generation Specialist / Team Lead (US Market- Night Shift)

Salary : ₹3 – ₹5 LPA

Netbounce is hiring energetic and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialists to generate qualified leads from the U.S. market using research tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn.

Role Overview :

You will identify companies and professionals in the U.S. who can benefit from our services, conduct research, initiate email communication, and maintain accurate lead data in CRM & trackers. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential leads and contacts in the U.S. market through research.
• Generate and qualify leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io , etc.
• Conduct email outreach and LinkedIn messaging to initiate engagement.
• Maintain and update lead details in CRM / trackers .
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing & sales campaigns.
• Prepare weekly lead reports using Google Sheets / Excel .
• Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends and job requirements.

Skills & Qualifications :

Location : Ahmedabad (On-site)

Work Schedule : 5 days a week (Mon- Fri)

Timings : 7 : 30 PM - 4 : 30 AM (Night Shift- US Time Zone)
