Month 2 onwards : ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 / month (Performance-based)

About the Role

AventIQ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in South Delhi. This is a full-time, onsite internship designed to provide hands-on experience across various HR functions. The role offers excellent exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a professional and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Support interview coordination and follow-ups

Maintain HR databases and employee records

Assist in onboarding processes and documentation

Contribute to HR initiatives and daily operations

Who Can Apply

Recent graduates or final-year students in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Available to work full-time onsite in South Delhi

Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain
