Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager, located in Kochi, India. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, coordinating with team members to ensure smooth workflow, managing client relationships, and assisting in the implementation of organizational strategies. Key tasks include process optimization, ensuring service quality, and supporting the team in achieving organizational goals. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
