Key Responsibilities :
1. Qualification & Partner Coordination
- Assist in the creation of qualifications and ensure timely TP / TC (Training Partner / Training Centre) onboarding.
- Coordinate with academic teams to streamline registration and documentation processes.
2. Batch Formation & Documentation
Facilitate SIDH portal batch formations and ensure documentation is complete for timely approvals.Manage data entry and accuracy in alignment with operational standards.3. Invoicing & Payment Tracking
Prepare and raise client invoices accurately and on time.Monitor receivables, follow up with clients for payments, and maintain financial tracking reports.4. Client Relationship Management
Handle client queries and provide operational support.Address modification requests and ensure approvals through the proper internal channels.Maintain effective communication with clients for service continuity.5. External Coordination & Compliance
Liaise with NSDC to track and resolve raised tickets and pending compliance-related issues.Coordinate with NCVET consultants for QP (Qualification Pack) approvals and regulatory documentation.Ensure follow-ups with reporting managers / authorities on outstanding project components.6. Performance Reporting & Data Management
Track and report key metrics related to project progress, qualification status, and invoicing.Maintain comprehensive data records for audits and internal / external reporting.7. Process Improvement & Additional Support
Assist in process refinement and contribute to improving operational workflows.Support other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.Skills Required
