Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote solar modules.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management for strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards in all sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head- Module Sales should have :
- Atleast 15+ years of experience in the domain of solar module sales
- Extensive experience in sales, specifically within the Energy & Natural Resources sector.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and achieve sales goals consistently.
- Both domestic and international exposure in module sales
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills to assess market dynamics and develop effective strategies.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
