Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Application Support : Provide end-to-end support for applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
- Production Support : Monitor production systems, ensure stability, and address any issues that arise.
- Incident Management : Manage and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure smooth deployments.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
- On-Call Support : Provide on-call support as needed to address critical issues outside regular working hours.
Mandatory Skills :
Technical Expertise : Strong experience with Linux and SQL.Background : Proven experience in Application / Production Support roles.Domain Knowledge : Experience in Capital Markets, Trading, or BFSI sectors is highly desirable.Problem-Solving : Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications : Certifications : Relevant certifications in Linux, SQL, or ITIL.Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Note-Only local candidates from Gujrat can apply.Skills Required
