Client Servicing Executive

Experience : Minimum 1.5–2 years in client servicing, account management, or social media coordination within a creative / digital agency.

Location : Chennai

At Hashtag, the Client Servicing Executive keeps projects moving, clients aligned, and the creative teams unblocked.

You're the bridge between the brand and the internal teams, ensuring clarity, follow-ups, feedback loops, approvals, and deadlines all move in sync.

You'll work closely with the social, design, and video teams, supporting the Client Servicing Manager to build strong relationships, ensure smooth delivery, and maintain a stress-free workflow for everyone involved.

What You'll Do

Client Coordination

• Be the point of contact for day-to-day brand communication.
• Take notes in meetings, summarise action points, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collect feedback from clients and communicate it clearly to internal teams.
• Support in preparing review decks, reports, and presentations.
