Requirements : Graduate in Commerce / Accountancy (Essential) MBA Finance (Desired) Essential Skills / Aptitude : + Knowledge of Treasury client onboarding, account maintenance, and account offboarding (Essential) + Good working knowledge of Excel & Word (Essential) Experience : + SPE : 2+ years + SME : 4+ years Responsibilities Manage client onboarding processes, collecting and verifying required documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely account setup and activation Handle client requests for account maintenance, such as updates and modifications Monitor account activity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support account offboarding processes, including account closures and data archiving Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently Meet the set SLA's consistently Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits and reviews Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and security
