This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager / District Manager Sales located in Mumbai. The role involves managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager / District Manager Sales will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective logistics solutions are provided to our Responsibilities :
- Manage daily sales operations within the assigned district to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of cargo and transport solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer requirements.

- Strong background in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage field operations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools for tracking and reporting.
- Experience in global logistics and working in demanding or challenging environments is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
