Communication :
- Develop and maintain high-quality admission-related content for various channels
- (website, brochures, emails, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication materials.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Admission Process :
Define and propose a seamless admissions process to ensure a smooth and efficientexperience for applicants and their parents.Collect and analyse feedback from parents and applicants for continuous improvement.Update the institution on current International / Domestic admissions trends.Consultants & Admission firms :
Identify and propose partnerships with consultants and admission firms to expand theinstitution's outreach.Propose targets for consultant engagement and monitor the effectiveness of thesepartnerships.Negotiate and propose commercials with consultants and admission firms.Admission Interface :
Manage a responsive and efficient admission call centre.Establish and maintain a robust response mechanism to address inquiries and concernspromptly.Monitor call centre performance and implement improvements as needed.Admission Team :
Train and manage a high-performing admissions team.Set performance metrics and goals for the team aligned with admissions objectives.
