- Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Manager to lead our design team and drive the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end creative development for digital, print, and product branding—ensuring consistency, innovation, and high design standards across all platforms.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the graphic design team , ensuring timely delivery of all creative projects.
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality brand visuals, campaign graphics, product creatives, packaging, and UI assets .
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines , ensuring consistent visual identity across all channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to create impactful creatives for ads, social media, website banners, Amazon listings, and campaigns .
- Oversee creative direction for photoshoots, lifestyle images, GIFs, and video assets .
- Review, refine, and approve final designs before release.
- Analyze competitor designs and market trends to produce innovative, modern visual concepts.
- Work on fast-paced campaigns , optimizing creative output for performance-driven marketing.
- Manage workflows, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient utilization of team resources.
- Required Skills
- Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom) & Blender
- Strong knowledge of UI / UX principles for web & app design
- Experience in e-commerce design , including product listings, infographics, and A+ content
- Understanding of video editing / motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
- Strong typography, layout, and color sense
- Ability to guide junior designers and provide clear feedback
