Creative Strategy Manager

What you'll do :

Lead the creative vision : You'll be the creative force behind Nutriobox, defining and evolving our brand identity across all platforms, from our website and app to social media campaigns, video content, and packaging.

Mentor and manage the team : You'll lead, inspire, and grow a team of designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators. Your guidance will help them reach their full potential and produce their best work.

Drive strategy : Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that align with business goals and resonate with our audience. This includes overseeing the development of creative briefs and campaign concepts.

Oversee production : You'll be hands-on, guiding projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail reflects our brand's high standards. You will be a key part of the ideation process for video campaigns, helping to conceptualize and approve scripts that tell our brand story effectively.

Scriptwriting & Storytelling : Work with the content team to develop engaging scripts for video ads, social media content, and other brand narratives. You'll ensure our storytelling is consistent, compelling, and aligned with our brand voice.

Stay ahead of the curve : You'll keep an eye on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging creative practices to ensure Nutriobox remains fresh and innovative.

Who you are :

An experienced leader : You have at least 5-7 years of experience in a creative role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in the food, wellness, or consumer goods industry.

A portfolio powerhouse : Your portfolio showcases your ability to create compelling, brand-defining work. We're looking for someone with a strong background in art direction, graphic design, and brand development, as well as experience in video production and narrative storytelling.

A strategic thinker : You can connect creative ideas to business objectives and understand how to use design and narrative to solve problems and drive growth.

An exceptional communicator : You can articulate your vision clearly and persuasively, and you're just as comfortable giving constructive feedback on a design as you are on a script.

A passionate foodie : You have a genuine interest in health, nutrition, and delicious food. You understand the power of a great meal and how to tell that story through design and script.
