The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing talent strategies, driving hiring excellence, and partnering closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Strategy

• Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units and role types (technical, non-technical, leadership).
• Build and maintain a robust recruitment pipeline using advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean search, social recruiting, referrals, and talent communities.
• Optimize the recruitment process to reduce time-to-fill and improve hire quality.
