Location : Sinnar, Nashik

Experience required : 6+ years of experience.

Education Qualification :  BE Mechanical

Technical & Professional Knowledge required :

• Strong knowledge of consumables, general engineering items
• Proficiency in ERP systems(SAP / Oracle / Tally etc.)
• Excellent negotiation, communication and vendor skills.
• Strong analytical & problem solving capabilities

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive senior Purchase executive to manage the procurement of indirect materials including consumables, spare parts and general engineering goods. This ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost effective procurement while maintaining quality and delivery timelines in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities attached to the role :

1. Manage end-to-end procurement of indirect materials-consumable, stationary, safety items, tools, hardware and maintenance spare parts.

2. Identify & develop a reliable vendor base for various categories of indirect materials.

3. Negotiate price, payment terms, lead times and contracts to achieve optimal value.

4. Esurance timely issuance of POs and follow ups for on time deliveries.

5. Track consumption trends, maintain optimum inventory levels, and avoid stock-outs.

6. Collaborate with stores, maintenance and production teams for procurement planning.

7. Monitor budget adherence and support cost saving initiatives
