Title : Senior BIM Electrical Modeler

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 5–10 years

Education : B.Tech / B.E (Electrical preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage BIM models for Electrical services (Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm) using Revit.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (MEP, Structural, Architectural).
• Prepare drawings, schedules, and BOQs; ensure compliance with codes and client standards.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks; support Data Center projects.
• Use AutoCAD for 2D documentation and coordination.
