Primary Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership and Development
Lead and mentor a team of Ivanti engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
Manage staffing, performance reviews, and career development plans aligned with organizational goalsTechnical Strategy and ExecutionDefine and drive the technical roadmap for Ivanti UWM suite implementation and optimization
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and business objectivesOperational ExcellenceOversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of Ivanti solutions
Establish and monitor KPIs for incident reduction, system health, and user satisfactionStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver integrated workspace solutions
Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolutionGovernance and ComplianceEnsure adherence to IT governance, change control, and compliance frameworks
Lead audits and risk assessments related to Ivanti systems and configurationsInnovation and Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
Champion automation, standardization, and process improvements across the Ivanti ecosystemComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and / or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and / or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and / or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field7+ years of experience in IT engineering roles, with 3+ years in a leadership or management capacitySolid expertise in Ivanti UWM suite and related workspace management technologies ORFamiliarity with the configuration and administration of Windows workstations and serversManaging policy on Windows devices
Managing user profiles on Windows devicesManaging Logon ScriptsDemonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale solutionsProven excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Ivanti Certified Administrator or equivalent certificationsExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and enterprise security protocolsFamiliarity with ITIL framework and Agile methodologiesProven track record in incident reduction and operational improvement initiativesSkills Required
