Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Techno-Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM (v9.2, Tools 8.57+) . Candidates with solid

BA experience in HCM

are also suitable. The role involves requirement analysis, solution design, development, and support for PeopleSoft HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

Work on HCM v9.2 and Image 32+; recommend and implement new features.

Design and develop custom processes, UI components, and data structures.

Handle large data processing and integrations (XML / REST).

Provide functional support for

Core HR, Benefits, MSS / ESS .

Develop using

PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, SQR, SQL, App Packages, IB .

Prepare documentation and support end-to-end SDLC activities.
