St Mary’s College is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic administration support professionals to join our vibrant College Community in 2026 :
As the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and inquiries, the Receptionist / Administration Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that all interactions with the College are met with friendly, prompt, and professional customer service. This position involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing the Reception area and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the College.
