Job descriptionBuild and nurture prospect lists through Understand client pain points and position MillionCXO’s solutions effectively. Secure appointments / meetings with senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CXOs). Update lead details, call notes, and appointment status accurately in CRM tools. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly / monthly appointment targets. 1–3 years of experience in Mandatory : Prior experience in Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with neutral or US accent. Strong objection handling, negotiation, and rapport-building skills. Familiarity with Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Comfortable working in Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives. Exclusive “Periods Leave”– 1 day paid leave per month for female employees. Role Overview
We are hiring
Appointment Generation Executives / Lead Generation Specialists with proven experience in
USA calling and international lead generation . The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident on calls, and capable of booking qualified appointments with senior executives (CXOs).
Key Responsibilities
- Make
outbound calls to prospects in the USA market (IT services, SaaS, consulting firms).
cold calls, email follow-ups, and LinkedIn outreach .
Required Skills & Qualifications
B2B lead generation / appointment setting / inside sales .
calling the USA market / international process .
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is a plus.
night shifts aligned to US timings .
