Description :

• Lead and manage multiple IT and digital marketing projects simultaneouslyfrom initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and QA teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions across web development, mobile apps, SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communication, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and adherence to project goals.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Track progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure smooth project delivery across global clients (US, UK, India).
• Support the optimization and improvement of internal project processes and frameworks.
