About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, bidding, and winning projects on Upwork for mobile and web development services .

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork in the US and UK markets .
• Prepare customized, high-conversion proposals for each opportunity.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand requirements and set up calls for the sales / technical team.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and achieve monthly bidding targets.
• Track, analyze, and report proposal success rates and conversion ratios.
