The team is committed to architecting and maintaining state-of-the-art applications on cloud platforms while also specializing in full-stack development to deliver a sophisticated user interface experience. Responsibilities and Impact :

As a Lead Software Developer you will play a pivotal role in guiding a scrum team to design develop and maintain robust scalable and high-performance software solutions. Your primary focus will be on SQL Server React and GraphQL technologies while also leveraging AWS cloud services. You will provide technical leadership mentor team members and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our software products.

What Were Looking For :

Basic Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of 7-11 years of experience in application development.
• Proficient programming leveraging its versatile libraries and frameworks to develop robust scalable and efficient applications.
• SQL Server database design development and performance tuning proficiency.
• Familiarity with server-side GraphQL API and data federation.
• Proficient in full-stack development comfortable with backend and UI tasks.
• Expertise in translating complex business requirements into maintainable enterprise software solutions
• Experience with cloud services messaging systems and storage solutions
• Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to debugging and optimization.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with business users.
• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Engineering or Quantitative Finance or equivalent experience.
