Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build awareness, drive footfall, and grow online sales while maintaining a unified brand experience across touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

• Brand Strategy : Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
• Digital Marketing : Lead performance marketing, SEO / SEM, email campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media strategy to drive D2C growth.
• Offline Marketing : Plan and execute in-store activations, retail branding, local marketing campaigns, and collaborations to enhance footfalls and conversions.
• Content & Communication : Oversee content creation for campaigns, social media, website, and offline collaterals ensuring brand consistency.
• Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine brand strategy.
• Agency & Partner Management : Manage creative, media, and PR agencies for campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Performance Tracking : Measure campaign ROI across channels and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics.
