Job description

Key Responsibilities -

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing calendar in line with brand strategy and park goals of Revenue, Footfall and Customer engagement within assigned budgets.
  • Plan integrated campaigns for season launches, festivals, new attractions, and special events.
  • Conduct market research to understand and stay abreast of guest preferences, competitor activity, and local trends, on a continual basis.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Coordinate with central digital teams to drive paid campaigns (search, social, display, programmatic) for ticket sales and awareness.
  • Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and online booking performance.
  • Leverage SEO, local listings, and review platforms (Google, District, BMS etc.) for brand presence
  • Offline & BTL Marketing

  • Plan and execute outdoor campaigns (hoardings, transit ads, etc.) and community activations
  • Ideate and Execute offline activation campaigns at both primary catchment market (Greater Chennai region & North TN) and secondary catchment markets (Central TN, South TN, West TN & South AP) to drive traffic from non-digital native cohorts of the Total Addressable Market (TAM)
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, RWAs, malls, and tourism stakeholders
  • Organize promotional events, roadshows, and influencer visits to amplify reach in Chennai & Rest of TN markets.
  • Associate with relevant regional events to build awareness and affinity
  • Content & Communication

  • Partner with the design team for creation of park-level creatives, videos, and branded content
  • Collaborate with Social Media team for Influencer marketing campaigns & provide regional insights for the content tone
  • Liaise with the PR team for press releases, media visits, and crisis communication.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines & maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Act as the POC for enabling content creation and timely availability of custom marketing collaterals needed by Institutional and Corporate Business Development teams, as and when required
  • Budget & Reporting

  • Manage the park’s marketing budget effectively, optimizing ROI on every activity
  • Track KPIs : footfall, revenue growth, NPS, engagement, lead generation, and campaign performance
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal reviews
  • Requirements -

    Education & Experience :

  • Total 5–9 years of experience in marketing in consumer-facing brands with exposure to Digital as well as Offline marketing, and with minimum of 4 years experience in the Chennai and Tamil Nadu market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • For MBA candidates, minimum 5 years experience mandatory & for non-MBA minimum 7 years experience mandatory
  • Skills & Attributes :

  • Strong understanding of regional markets and consumer behavior
  • Well-versed with Tamil and English
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, Social media platforms
  • Understanding of local creator economy & influencer marketing trends
  • Creative, data-driven, and highly organized
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for innovations, entertainment and customer experience
  • Work Conditions
