Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.

Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.

Comfortable with on-site client interactions and travel within Jaipur.
