Your technical proficiency will include SQL reporting tools and Microsoft Office and youll be motivated to continuously improve processes and reduce risk.

What Youll Be Doing :

Data & Technical Operations Support

• Provide support to specialist areas within Technical Operations.
• Execute monthly ETL and data build cycle for product builds
• Load query and export datasets using SQL and R.
• Collaborate with software / database development teams to ensure high-quality applications.
• Support product changes new releases and internal projects.
• Present analysis findings to small audiences.
• Set up data transfers within and outside the organisation using Globalscape EFT and Connect Direct
• Become a subject matter expert our data transfer workflows and resolve day to day incidents and queries.
