Role Overview :
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing channel partners and leading on-ground sales teams to drive paid subscription sales. This includes team hiring, training, performance monitoring, KPI tracking, lead conversion, partner payouts, and achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, acquisition, or retention.
Proven experience in handling large teams (10+ members).
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and data analysis skills.
