ServiceNow Architect

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in

ServiceNow development & architecture .

Strong expertise in

ITSM

and at least two other modules :

ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, ITAM .

Solid experience in

ServiceNow integrations

and enterprise-wide implementations.

Strong understanding of

CMDB , discovery, service mapping, and data governance.

Ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.

Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and automation.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

– highly preferred.

CSA, CIS (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM / SecOps), CAD certifications.

Experience in Agile or SAFe frameworks.

Knowledge of ITIL v3 / v4 and enterprise architecture principles.
