Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy Management, and DFS Management like Microsoft Windows Server Datacenter 2019 R2, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows DNS / BIND / Named, Active Directory / LDAP
• The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for multi-level support that includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving both hardware and software issues.
• Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes (Ex : Sophos Security Firewall, Aruba, Sonicwall)
• Have to create a software update group and deploy monthly patches by following the Change process and monitor and provide the patching status report post every patching (Ex : Manage Engine Patch Manager service Tool)
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms like Microsoft Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Responding to threats and security incidents in the Organization (Ex : Sophos)
• Raising security awareness of users in technological areas.
• Provision of resources and budget approval.
• Creating user accounts and performing access control of Windows Microsoft Server 2019 Server.
• Provide day-to-day administration and support to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity.
• Ensuring application packages and operating system images are kept up to date.
• Plan ahead for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
• Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation
• Perform general maintenance and audits on application servers, both on-prem and in the cloud.
• Managing software licensing related like Microsoft windows 10,11-Os and Office, Teams, and Tally.
