Softcell is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Apple Business Unit.
Key responsibilities :
1. Build strong relationships with assigned accounts and customers across Softcell.
2. Identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities in the Apple ecosystem and Jamf solutions.
3. Engage with IT decision makers, procurement teams, and business stakeholders to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
4. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to educate and guide customers.
5. Collaborate with technical teams for demos and solution consultations.
6. Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads.
7. Maintain CRM records for tracking interactions, pipeline, and forecasts.
8. Stay updated on Apple products, Jamf solutions, and market trends.
Requirement :
1. Up to 1 year of sales experience from any industry.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
3. Extrovert, outspoken, and confident in customer engagement.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
