Key Responsibilities :
1. Partnership Development & Management
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, payment providers, digital platforms, and other fintech players.
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements to expand business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
2. Business Growth & Strategy
Develop partnership strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance customer acquisition, product adoption, and market expansion.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, such as co-branded offerings, embedded finance solutions, and API integrations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
3. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales) to implement partnership initiatives.
Ensure seamless integration of fintech solutions with partners through APIs, digital platforms, and other technology frameworks.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership-driven projects successfully.
4. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all partnerships comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Work with legal and compliance teams to draft agreements and monitor adherence to contractual terms.
Key Requirements : Experience :
4-8 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
Industry Knowledge :
Strong understanding of the fintech landscape, digital payments, lending, neo-banking, and regulatory frameworks in India.
Relationship Management :
Proven track record of managing partnerships with financial institutions and tech companies.
Business Acumen :
Ability to develop commercial models, revenue-sharing structures, and growth strategies.
Technical Understanding :
Familiarity with APIs, digital banking solutions, and embedded finance models is a plus.
Negotiation & Communication :
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Education :
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
