Key Responsibilities :

• Lead delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
• Manage delivery timelines, quality, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and technical teams for solution alignment.
• Build and lead high-performing Salesforce teams.
• Drive Agile, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and internal capability Required :
• 17 to 22 years of total IT experience.
• 10+ years in Salesforce delivery or engineering leadership.
• Strong track record with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Experience in IT services or consulting environments.
• Exposure to global delivery models and distributed teams.
