Responsibilities
1) Act as the technical platform SME (Concept, Design, Feasibility)
2) Set standards & best practices within chapter / capability, and encourage adherence to those.
Ensure appropriate level of technical documentation.
3) Act as advisor to Platform Owner and provide expertise on platform usage, comparison to other platforms and related technology thought leadership
4) Discussion on business requirements with stakeholders and help in presales
Pro-active suggestions of new features or tools.
5)Alignment & communication with other service lines on overarching practices & approaches.
6)Ensure re-useability of features within business functions.
7) Educate service managers on the new upcoming features and capabilities.
8) Experience in OMNI scripts or FSL is huge plus
9) Should be dynamic and willing to pick up Industry focused solutions like Heath cloud, Data cloud , Agentforce AI.
Technical Skills
1) Sales force - Strong in one of base cloud sales / Service
2) candidate will have experience in developing apex classes, apex test classes, visual force pages, lightning aura components, and lightning web components.
3) Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components
4) Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code coverage and functionality
5) Experience on working with flows, custom objects and approval process
6) Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
7) Use Bitbucket to manage code changes and deploy to different environments
8) Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
9) Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
10) Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new technologies
11) Minimum 3 certification in Salesforce
