Release Train Engineer

We are looking for a

Program Manager cum Release Train Engineer (RTE)

to drive the successful delivery of enhancements, projects, and product go-lives for mission-critical LS systems in a GxP-regulated environment.

Location : Chennai, India

Schedule :

Shift-based (to support global operations)

Notice Period : Immediate to 10 days joiners

Good to Have : Manufacturing IT

or

Life Sciences

systems,

GxP compliance

standards (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP) and,

SAFe certifications

(RTE, SPC, etc.) .

Key Responsibilities :

Program / Project Management :

Lead end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size IT projects and enhancements.

Release Train Engineering :

Facilitate ART events (PI Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums), and coach teams to ensure agile maturity.

Go-Live & Release Management :

Plan, coordinate, and execute release and deployment activities for GxP applications.

Stakeholder Management :

Act as the main point of contact; communicate program updates, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

Compliance & Process :

Ensure adherence to GxP, company standards, and governance frameworks.

Risk Management :

Proactively identify and manage cross-team risks and dependencies.

Mandatory Qualifications :

Experience :

8–12 years in IT project / program management, with strong exposure to Agile / SAFe practices and release coordination.

Agile Expertise :

Solid experience as a

Release Train Engineer (RTE)

or equivalent role.

Work Flexibility :

Willingness to work in shifts to support global business hours.
