Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage End-to-End Operations and Projects :  Oversee all aspects of SME / EB operations and projects.
• Process Optimization :  Evaluate, define, and optimize end-to-end processes for EB solutions.
• Technical Proficiency :  Be proficient in various technologies like Managed WiFi, SDWAN, Routing, and Switching.
• Product Gap Analysis :  Identify product gaps and collaborate with product owners to address them.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Work closely with different teams to bridge process gaps and ensure smooth operations.
• Legal Compliance :  Work closely with the legal team to address any legal issues.
• Network Management :  Periodically review SOPs, Customer Network Diagrams, and change processes.
• Network Failover Planning :  Prepare network failover scenarios for the entire SME / EB customer base.
• Team Leadership :  Provide direction to the team, align them with organizational objectives, and arrange training for new products and skill improvement.
• Location Management :  Manage teams in multiple locations (Bangalore and Hyderabad) and be open to frequent travel between different locations.
