Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kishangarh, Rajasthan. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, executing sales strategies, identifying potential new clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Specialist will also manage sales operations, provide training to customers and partners as needed, and coordinate marketing initiatives to increase the company's market presence and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to strategize and achieve sales goals
• Skills in providing Training to customers or team members to enhance product understanding and utilization
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing strategies to promote products effectively
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the ceramics, glass, or related industries is a plus
