Job Title : Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and generate new / existing business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
• Use to post content, follow target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), comment, and engage with prospects to build brand presence and pipeline.
• Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.
• Handle all follow-up communication
• Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the field
