Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on HR Officer (3–4 years) who has worked with or helped build a startup in the energy and / or AI sector and can handle a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities independently.

The ideal candidate understands what it takes to grow a small team into a structured organization — managing everything from hiring and onboarding to culture building and compliance — while working closely with the founders. This is an HR role that combines operational execution with strategic thinking , suited for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Team Expansion

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across business, technical, and creative functions.
• Coordinate closely with founders to define role requirements and growth plans.
• Source candidates, conduct screening, and manage interview processes.
• Handle onboarding, induction, and new-employee documentation.
