- Main Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for French language proficiency and professional skills development.
- Oversight of curriculum development, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.
- Partnering with senior leadership to identify critical skill gaps and forecast future training needs.
- Key Deliverables :
- Develop a Train-the-Trainer program to elevate the instructional design and delivery skills of internal trainers.
- Establish robust quality assurance mechanisms for all French language training sessions.
- Drive the adoption of modern instructional methodologies and best practices.
- Requirements :
- Minimum 15 years experience in Training and Development.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and leading Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, or related field.
Mandatory : C1 Certification in French (CEFR) or equivalent high-level proficiency. Excellent Communication Skills in both languages.
