Key Responsibilities
- Develop SAP solutions and Proof of Value (POV) in the SAP FICO domain using S/4 HANA 1909
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets
- Cost Center Accounting
- Product Costing
- Profit Centre Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Work on Tax procedures and Bank Integration solutions (added advantage)
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as PP, QM, MM, and SD, with a solid understanding of master data
- Define systems strategies and requirements, perform prototyping, testing, training, and implementation of business solutions
- Lead pre-sales workshops, Proof of Concept (POC), SAP Enterprise Blueprint sessions, and develop business cases with cross-functional teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations effectively
- Participate in at least 1–2 full life cycle S/4 HANA 1909 implementations
- Prepare documentation, conduct user training, and support go-live activities
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and development
- Strong experience in S/4 HANA 1909 implementations
- Deep understanding of financial and controlling processes in SAP
- Proven ability to lead pre-sales engagements and solutioning workshops
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience in system integration and understanding of SAP master data
- SAP or other industry certifications (preferred)
