Job description :

• Experience : Typically requires 5-13 years of experience in accounting or a client-facing sales role.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP is often required for accounting positions.
• Tax Knowledge : A strong understanding of GST and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) regulations is essential for accounting roles in India.
• Communication : Good communication skills are necessary to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical Skills : The ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations is valuable.
