We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead B2B sales for our jewellery segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales , with demonstrated experience in channel sales, dealer / distributor network development, and institutional selling . The candidate will be responsible for expanding our B2B footprint across multiple geographies and managing key business relationships.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive B2B sales of branded and non-branded jewellery products through distributors, wholesalers, and retailers .
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline in assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key trade partners, including stockists, showroom owners, and corporate clients.
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and track key KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams for launches, schemes, and promotions .
- Mentor and lead a team of field sales executives (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.5+ years of experience in FMCG or B2B sales , with at least 2 years in a leadership / territory management role.Experience in handling distribution networks , field sales, and target-driven environments.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Understanding of jewellery industry dynamics is a plus but not mandatory.Willingness to travel extensively and work in field-heavy sales operations.Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM software.Key Competencies :
