Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of civil design drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for integrated design solutions.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and design change requests.
• Provide technical support to site teams during construction and resolve design-related issues.
• Manage design documentation, version control, and compliance with BIM protocols.
• Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize solutions.
• Mentor junior design engineers and ensure quality control of deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for design approvals.
• Support planning and scheduling of design deliverables in alignment with project timelines.
