About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Oracle Technical Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering large-scale Oracle solutions and leading technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle technologies, excellent leadership skills, and experience in presales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead technical teams in the delivery of Oracle-based solutions (with a special focus on Oracle Integration Cloud OIC).
• Own and drive large Oracle-related projects from a technical perspective, ensuring the highest quality of delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and customers in presales activities, identifying key technical solutions and proposals.
• Lead the design and architecture of Oracle-based systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring alignment and successful project execution.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a large technical team, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.
• Hire, onboard, and manage large project teams based on project needs.
• Stay current with Oracle's technological developments, assessing their impact on the business.
