As a Product Manager, FI — you’ll be at the forefront of transforming Indonesia’s payment landscape, leading bank integrations for seamless, reliable transactions. What your current role should be like?

• Ensure product requirements meet expected outcomes through focused journey research, facilitating smooth product acceptance.
• Conduct thorough research to understand and enhance the end-to-end product journey, ensuring an optimal user experience at each touchpoint.
• Manage the Product Requirements Document (PRD) process meticulously, capturing all necessary details to guide development and execution effectively.
• Own and drive the product roadmap from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for product improvement, optimize user experience, and drive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and operations) to deliver high-impact product launches.
• Execute go-to-market strategies with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and market differentiation.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advocate for product vision and prioritize enhancements.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to problem-solving, demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an influential team player with strong communication skills, capable of aligning and motivating teams towards shared goals.
• Deep understanding of technical, operational, and architectural aspects of the product, with strong knowledge of market trends, customer research, and payment domain insights, particularly in a startup environment.
