Roles and Responsibility
- Design and implement scalable solutions using ITIL foundation and BMC Remedy ITSM.
- Manage fault management L1 processes and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain UNIX fundamentals and commands for efficient system administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management.
- Create PERL scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
Strong understanding of OSS foundation and its applications.Excellent design thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.Effective verbal and assertive communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.Experience with SKU Telecom TUK Fault Management L1 is desirable.Familiarity with ITSM tools such as BCM Remedy is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Skills Required
