Key Responsibilities :

• Market Research & Analysis :  Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Campaign Management :  Plan, execute, and optimize direct marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Sales Target Achievement :  Set clear sales targets for your team and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership & Development :  Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
• Performance Reporting :  Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports to senior management on key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
