Designation : General Manager - Accounts

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities :

1. Billing Management

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations and ensure accuracy of invoices.
• Coordinate with business teams to validate billing inputs and contracts.
• Ensure timely release of invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor recurring, variable, and project-based billing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies quickly with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills :

Requirements

12–18 years of experience in Accounting & Finance. Proven experience managing revenue of ~₹250 crore or more. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audits, and MIS. Experience leading multi-functional teams (Billing, Payroll, Treasury, Collections). Good command of ERP systems and advanced Excel. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
